Trust us to give you the best PADI dive courses possible
Our mission is to make happy divers. Whether you're an absolute beginner with a fear of water or an experienced diver with hundreds of dives under your weight belt, we have the expertise and local knowledge to make your diving experience the best it can be.
Every member of our team of PADI Instructors has one thing in common, a track record of excellence in taking care of people. We pick our instructors based not only on their qualifications but on their empathy, teaching ability and enthusiasm to share their love of the world's oceans.
Even if you have no experience at all (maybe you've never even set foot in the ocean!) we can introduce you to the fabulous underwater world with the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program.
Your first real certification in diving will be the PADI Open Water Diver: this is three days of fun while you're learning all the skills you will need to become a safe, relaxed diver anywhere in the world.
If you're already certified, we have the full range of PADI courses available, including the PADI Advanced Course and the PADI Rescue Course. If you can't see the course you want below, please contact us for more information. #ecodiveclubmaafushi
Bubble Maker
The Bubble maker course is for children between the ages of 8 to 9 where they try the equipment and practice a few basic skills in confined water as well as get a feel for breathing underwater.
We will start off in the classroom with an informal briefing to help everyone get to know one another. Then we will go to the beach where the fun begins!
We have equipment specially designed for children, and small tanks to make it easier for the little ones.

Discover scuba diving
You can dive in the ocean today! The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program is for those who have never tried scuba diving and would like to experience breathing underwater, in a safe environment and under the close supervision of an instructor.
Nervous of diving for the first time? Uncomfortable with the idea of going underwater? Don't worry, we can offer you private instruction and we will always go at your pace. Our instructors are experienced enough to make even the most nervous divers feel confident and safe all the time.
Come and meet your instructor before you decide!
The maximum depth for your dives will be 12m, and you will remain closely supervised by your instructor at all times. Whether you choose the boat trip, or the beach dive, you're going to see a fantastic variety of fish life, and your instructor will spend time with you after your dive identifying the species that you have seen.

Scuba diver
The PADI Scuba Diver course is a great way to get a certification if you don't have time to complete the full PADI Open Water course.
The course consists of three modules of diving theory; three modules of diving skills, either in a swimming pool or in similar water conditions; and two dives in open water. The course covers all basic aspects of scuba diving, from the equipment you will be diving with, to the effects of pressure underwater and practical skills like buoyancy control.
After you've finished the course you will be certified to dive to 12 meters, under the supervision of a PADI Divemaster or Instructor. For deeper dives, you can continue with the Open Water Diver course.
Children as young as ten can enroll in a Scuba Diver course. The course content is the same for them as it is for the adults. On certification, they will become Junior Scuba Divers, certified to dive to 12 meters max, accompanied by a PADI Divemaster or Instructor.
The emphasis of the course is on safety and enjoyment, and you will be taught by an experienced, professional PADI instructor. There will never be more than 4 students to one instructor so we can assure you of the highest levels of safety and close supervision at all times.

You can complete the Advanced Open Water Diver course as quickly as in two days or you can take more time if you want. Emergency First Response
This course, offered by PADI, is a basic training course in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and emergency first aid care. It is a medically-based assistance course designed to train students to follow first aid procedures in both diving and non-diving emergencies. The PADI Emergency First Response course is recognized by the Red Cross.

Rescue Diver
The PADI Rescue Diver course is designed to train you to help others and be able to confidently and competently assist in the unlikely event of a diving emergency. It will also expand your knowledge of diving, increase your level of diving skill, and make you more aware of what is happening around you in the diving environment.
It is a fun and exciting course and consists of five modules of theory in the classroom followed by a test and 12 different rescue scenarios, with the last being a simulated real diving emergency. We run the courses on beach if the conditions allow which sometimes leads to members of the public offering to help in the very realistic scenarios!
The Emergency First Response course (or another, recognized CPR/First Aid certification) is required before you start the course. When you've finished the Rescue course you can continue with the Dive master course, the first professional level.
From the ages of 12 to 14 you can do the Junior Rescue course. It consists of the same as the Rescue Course but must be upgraded when you reach 15.

When you flash your Master Scuba Diver card, people know that you’ve spent time underwater in a variety of environments and had your share of dive adventures.
The Dive master course is open to candidates 18 years and over. The path starts with earning a PADI Open Water Diver certification, followed by PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue Diver (or qualifying certifications). You also need to earn five PADI Specialty Diver certifications and have logged a minimum of 50 dives.
The course can take from 4-8 weeks, and consists of 12 theory topics, watermanship evaluations, assisting on PADI courses and learning how to be a dive guide.
